Parents average first year with a baby

Being pregnant leaves your life on hold. You would end up having to limit your education options. In addition to restricting education, the baby would need to be your number one priority. This means your time with friends and social life would be practically over. Everyday power blog once says “Time is money, and it is difficult for one to use money to get time.” Responsibility comes with experience and maturity, something most young adults do not have a lot of. The baby is one giant never ending responsibility you will have to take on in life.

Could you even imagine spending $26,000 or more in just one year for a baby when you are a teenager? Most young women can not afford to have a child. The parents would almost have to end up doing adoptions, or even abortions, if it ever came down to those options. Mary Mason uses amazing quotes, “A baby is something you carry for nine months, in your arms for three years, and in your heart until the day you die.” The parents need to be prepared for what is coming their way with a baby. It is better to be prepared for a child than not being prepared at all. Even being set financially, does not prepare you for all the time you give up for a child. There are so many risks and other things people need to think about before having a child. Always be prepared for the unexpected.
